Where have i been ?

Why hello, blog.
So where have I been ? Well, I've been on a run twice now since I started the challenge last Tuesday. That's like going on a run every 3-4 days !
So what now ? I shall keep doing this even with this pace. Less is more, right ?
The thing is, I do need to rethink my current daily routine.. Because I'm going to have really busy days where I won't be able to go running after work.
So I have two options : either establish a strict morning routine where I run around 7am, then get home, get ready for work in 30minutes, then leave, or run during the day near work.
Option one sounds really really challenging for me. I'm not going to try too hard, or make too big of a promise.
My only promise for now is to keep going, and not to beat myself up if I miss days.
Oh, and one last thought. I was thinking I could actually skip some steps, as in, if I miss day x, and run the next day, I may try to do step x+1 directly, and skip step x altogether. Because i t seems like I'm in that bad shape after all. (Running to catch the metro, and the occasional 20' bike ride seem to count after all !)
