Ok people, here is my beautiful Monday motivation story.
As you know, or as you guessed, I've only gone running 4 times since the first time. So Monday I was like, ok this week I'm going to be serious about my running ! I knew I had an event to attend in the evening, but I thought to myself I'd still go out for a run.
Well, in the morning, as I was walking down the Parisian métro stairs to go to work, bam, I fell. Nothing bad, but I hurt my self just enough to make moving my knees painful. Yay ! Great for running !
I don't know if it'll be any better tonight, if it's not, I probably should get a bit creative, and maybe do jumping jacks instead of running.
