One month later !

It has been (over) a month since Amal and I started our running challenge. It was quite an ambitious one : we were supposed to workout everyday, in order to train for running a whole hour, starting from absolute beginner level.
I have done 10 of the workout days. I must say by the end, i almost stopped : I had one whole week where my knee was hurting, then one week where I was attending concerts every evening, and I must say, a whole lot of good ol' lazyness !

But hey, 1/3 of the running days is not that bad !  I am far from able to run one hour non-stop, but I learnt a lot about my abilities.

What now ?
Well, I shall keep working out, try to improve my running skills, and add some muscle training.

I've come to the obvious conclusion that working out daily does not suit my daily schedule.
So here what I have decided to try and keep up with : 2 workouts a week. Each  workout shall last a minimum of 45 minutes : I've counted 30minutes running, 15 minutes strength training.
